The Holiday Coast mobile app will be discontinued from 29 February 2020

Some things have to come to an end and unfortunately its time for us to discontinue the Holiday Coast Mobile Banking App. The good news is you'll still be able to enjoy checking your balance, transacting, transferring and more on your phone by updating to the Regional Australia Bank Mobile Banking App.

As you are aware, the merger between Regional Australia Bank and Holiday Coast Credit Union was completed in July of 2019. Now that we are all one in the same as an organisation, the time has come to make sure that all of our digital banking channels reflect this. This means that as of the 29th of February 2020 any availability to the Holiday Coast app will cease.

How do I update?

To continue enjoying the benefits of managing your accounts on the go, please visit your phone's app store (Google Play or Apple) and download the Regional Australia Bank Mobile Banking app.

After installing, open the Regional Australia Bank app and log in with your member number and password to access all of your accounts. And since the Regional Australia Bank Mobile Banking app uses the same mobile banking software, you'll find navigating and making transactions as straightforward as before.

What if I've forgotten my login details?

If you have forgotten your password you can process a password reset on Internet Banking, by calling the friendly team at our Service Support Centre on 132 067 or by visiting your local branch.

What will happen if I don't update?

After the 29 February, the Holiday Coast app will not be available for use, and there will be limited support for the app up until this date. Therefore, it is essential you move to the Regional Australia Bank Mobile Banking App soon to avoid disappointment.
