The role

In a nutshell, as a Customer Specialist you will be the personal banking expert in branch, focused on understanding our customers personal banking needs, and confidently providing them with the advice, education, products, and services to meet those needs.

This is a position all about relationships, which will see you being proactive in engaging with customers both new and existing, supporting business development opportunities, community partnerships as well as your own peers, as you share your expertise and knowledge to upskill others.
