If English is not your first language, we can arrange a free professional interpreter to help you communicate with us.

TIS National is an Australian Government service that connects people with accredited interpreters in more than 150 languages, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

You can call TIS National directly on 131 450 and ask to be connected to Regional Australia Bank, or call us on 132 067 and ask for an interpreter.

National Relay Service (NRS)

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or find it difficult to speak on the phone, you can reach us through the National Relay Service - a free Australian Government relay service.

Visit accesshub.gov.au to choose your relay channel and connect to us on 132 067 (general enquiries), 1800 648 027 (lost or stolen cards, 24/7), or 1300 705 750 (fraud and scams, 24/7).
