Coming Soon: Confirmation of Payee (CoP) offers additional security and peace of mind with every payment. To make sure your payment goes through successfully, please ensure the account name you provide is correct and matches the intended recipient.

How do I change my daily payment limit?
Log in to Internet Banking
Go to Settings & Security > Daily Transaction Limits
Choose the payment type (BPAY, transfer to another bank, Osko, or international payment)
Enter your new daily limit
Confirm the change using the One Time Password (OTP) we send you
Your new limit will start straight away.
What is a daily payment limit?
It is the maximum amount you can send in one day for each payment type (BPAY, transfers to another bank, Osko, international). It helps protect you from scams and fraud.
If I increase my limit, is it permanent?
Yes. Your new limit stays in place until you lower it again. For safety, reduce it once your payment is complete.
Can I lower my limit at any time?
Yes. You can lower your limit at any time in Internet Banking, using the options shown. If you need a limit lower than the options provided, please call us on 13 20 67.
Is there a maximum limit I can set?
Yes. Each payment type has a maximum daily amount.
How long does it take for the new limit to take effect?
Your new limit usually applies straight away and is a permanent change. For safety, lower your limit once the payment is complete.
Can I raise my limit in preparation for a future payment?
Yes. Just make sure the higher limit is still active when the payment is processed. For safety, lower your limit once the payment is complete.
Can I still contact Regional Australia Bank to change my limits?
Yes. You can call us on 13 20 67 or visit a branch. Using Internet Banking is quicker and easier.
Can I manage my limits on the App and well as Internet Banking?
No. You can only change your limits in Internet Banking.
What if I cannot see Daily payment limits in my Settings?
You may not have SMS One Time Password (OTP) set up on your profile. If you do not receive OTP, you will not see this feature. Call us on 13 20 67 for help.
Can I change limits on a business account?
No. Business accounts are managed differently. Please call us on 13 20 67 and our team will help you with your business payment limits.
