Terms and Conditions for “Regional Australia Bank’s – Win an Esky Competition”

1. This competition (Competition) is being conducted by Regional Australia Bank Ltd ABN 21 087 650 360, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 241167, Technology Park, Madgwick Drive, Armidale NSW 2350, (Promoter).
2. The Competition commences at 8:00am on Tuesday 22 September 2026 and closes at 12:00pm on Thursday 24 September 2026 (Competition Period). No entries will be accepted outside this period.
3. Entry is open to persons aged 18 years and over who attend the 2026 Henty Machinery Field Days during the Competition Period.
4. To enter, eligible entrants must scan the QR code displayed on promotional material at the Regional Australia Bank stand during the Henty Machinery Field Days and complete and submit the online entry form (the Form) during the Competition Period. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
5. Entry is free. Limit one (1) entry per person.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter in relation to any decision to disqualify an entrant under this clause.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, transmission errors or any other reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
8. The prize consists of one (1) Engel Elite MT45J Fridge Freezer 40L with a recommended retail value of $1,599 AUD. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. The draw will take place on Friday 25 September 2026 at Regional Australia Bank, Technology Park, Madgwick Drive, Armidale NSW. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
10. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form and arrangements will be made for collection or delivery of the prize. Any costs associated with collecting the prize, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, are the responsibility of the winner.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or the prize remains unclaimed for 30 days after notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name, image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to Regional Australia Bank collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting them regarding the Competition, and providing information about Regional Australia Bank products and services.
14. Regional Australia Bank Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Competition or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy Statement: Any Personal Information provided by you in your Form, will be held securely. Your information will be used for the purposes of managing and administering the competition including notifying you if you are a winner and may also be used to assist us in assessing which products and services may suit you. Your Personal Information will be held, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected, before being securely destroyed or de-identified.
