Now, you can do your everyday banking at participating Australia Post outlets displaying the Bank@Post™ sign. It's a familiar face in your town, making your banking simpler than ever.

With Bank@Post, you get secure, face-to-face banking services during standard Post Office hours – typically 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and even on Saturdays at many locations. It's a great way to fit your banking into your day without needing to travel to a branch.

All you need is your Regional Australia Bank ATM card or credit card with a valid PIN linked to your transaction account. With your card in hand, you can visit any participating Australia Post and:

• Make cash deposits (up to $9,999 per account per day).
• Deposit cheques (up to 99 cheques per transaction, valued up to $999,999.99).
• Make cash withdrawals (up to $2,000 per account per day).
• Receive a handy receipt for every transaction you make.
• Make payments to your Regional Australia Banking credit card – just insert your card, select ‘Credit’, then ‘Deposit’, and then enter your PIN.
• Access the Business Cash Exchange Service for swapping coins for notes or notes for coins, up to $1,000.  Please note an Australia Post fee may apply for this service.¹
