A Message from our CEO

Dear Customers,

Last Friday was a challenging day.

We experienced some issues with our payments supplier which caused outages across cards, direct entry and NPP/Osko transactions. Our team has worked closely with our supplier to restore services as quickly as possible and to ensure that any weaknesses are permanently resolved.

At the same time, our fraud team noticed an increased level of internet banking traffic that caused us to double check our security arrangements. While we were doing this, we implemented several additional challenges and controls on member accounts to ensure our members funds and data remained safe. Our review has confirmed the integrity of our corporate systems remains intact and free of any malicious breach.

This experience has served as a reminder that password health and two factor authentication are important tools that help keep us safe. We encourage all our members to ensure their password and login credentials remain strong and are updated frequently. If you have not reset your banking passwords recently, or if your passwords are easy to guess, we encourage you to update your login details as soon as possible.
