How to rename your accounts
In Your Banking app
- Open Your Banking app and tap the account you’d like to rename
- Tap the settings icon
- Select Edit Account Nickname
- Enter your new name (maximum 22 characters)
- Save your changes
In Internet Banking
- Log in to Internet Banking via your browser
- Go to Settings → Account Names
- Select the account you want to rename
- Enter your new name (maximum 22 characters)
- Save your changes

Access and Login Problems
If you're having trouble logging in to your internet banking account, ensure you're using the correct username and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Lost or stolen card
If your card has gone missing, or it’s been stolen, you should immediately block it and request a replacement.
