Register a PayID for faster and simpler payments

A PayID is something easy to remember, like a phone number or email address that you can securely link to your Regional Australia Bank account. 

Creating your PayID online

  1. Log into Internet Banking at secure.regionalaustraliabank.com.au/banking.
  2. Go to 'Settings' and select 'PayID'.
  3. Select the account you want to link your mobile number or email address to.
  4. Submit and enjoy faster, easier payments!

What is PayID?

A ‘PayID’ is a memorable piece of information such as your phone number or email address which you link to your Regional Australia Bank account. You’ll no longer need to remember your account number and BSB for payments.

It is a friendlier handle or address for your bank account details.

  • For Personal Banking a PayID can be your phone number or email address.
  • For Businesses, a PayID can also be an ABN/ACN or Organisation ID.


Before you start you must;

  • Have a eligible Regional Australia Bank account, an email address or an Australian mobile phone number
  • Ensure your contact details are up to date in Internet Banking.
