We wanted to let you know that while NSW Health has ordered a lockdown for the entire state; we're still open and here to help you with your banking.
While branches are open, we encourage all our customers to bank safely online or through our app.
If you need to visit us at any of our branches, we urge you to follow all public health protocols:
- Masks: All staff will be wearing masks, and we require all customers to do the same.
- Covid-safe: We will ask all customers to check-in via a QR code using the Service NSW app, sanitise upon entry, and adhere to the one person per 4 square metre rule.
- If you feel unwell, we ask that you bank safely at home using online banking or via our app.
As the COVID-19 situation unfolds, please know that Regional Australia Bank remains committed to our local community, ensuring our customers' personal and financial welfare.
