David brings extensive experience to Regional Australia Bank, with over 30 years working across the finance and banking sector. Throughout his career, David has held executive positions at Cuscal Ltd, Eftpos, Cardtronics and Linfox Armaguard. He has specialised in innovation, technology and payment systems.

Michelle brings a well-rounded wealth of knowledge to the Executive Management team at Regional Australia Bank. She has over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, 22 of these spent in various Management roles within the Regional Australia Bank.

 

Julie brings extensive experience to the CIO position, with over 25 years working across the Financial Services and Banking industry, including 15 years at ING Direct before moving to AMP as Director of Bank Operations, Chief Operations Officer at Cuscal Ltd & 86400, Chief Operations Officer at uno Home Loans and most recently the General Manager for New Republique - an experience optimisation consultancy specialising in UX design and conversion rate optimisation. She is passionate about developing and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Les has held numerous senior executive roles within the Financial Services Industry and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). He brings a wealth of experience to the executive having previously served as a member of the executive management team of Holiday Coast Credit Union as Chief Risk Officer. Les is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

James has over 25 years’ financial experience in the financial services, training and hospitality industries in Australia, Europe and North America. James holds professional qualifications in accounting and finance.

Passionate about people and seeing them reach their potential, Rachel has 17 years of people and culture experience from Higher Education and organisational psychology consultancy. Rachel has formal qualifications in Business Management and Psychology.

David brings over 18 years of experience in the banking sector to his role, providing an extensive knowledge of governance, company secretarial and operational legal matters. David also holds the position of Company Secretary. He has formal qualification in business, law and is a chartered Company Secretary. David is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Having over 20 years’ experience in Credit Risk Management, Campbell brings a strong economic background to the Executive Management Team. Prior to his role at Regional Australia Bank, Campbell’s experience within the financial sector include General Manager positions at ASB Bank (New Zealand) and Bank of South Pacific (Fiji).

With a steadfast background in business planning, strategy and delivery of transformational change programs, Chris brings over 17 years of banking and finance leadership experience to the executive management team. A qualified and experienced leader, Chris has a Bachelor of Business focused in Management and was previously Head of Business Services at Regional Australia Bank.
