About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be a significant part of the finance leadership team and 2ic to the Head of Finance, guiding the group finance function, developing a customer centric, high-performance team that will provide accurate and timely financial insights enabled by technology, processes and procedures.
The role is ideally based in Armidale or Port Macquarie although fully remote will be considered for the right candidate.
About You
You are a CPA, CA qualified with 5+ years relevant experience, a current Senior Accountant or Finance Manager who is now looking for a new challenge or an opportunity outside of chartered accounting. You are a self-motivated, results-oriented leader with the ability to develop positive, professional relationships and proactively identify and tackle issues before they become roadblocks. You enjoy project delivery, where you will lead and support on assigned projects. You also possess strong verbal, presentation, and influencing skills.
