About the role

The role of Project Officer within the Transformational Change Team involves the definition, scoping, tracking, management, delivery and support of project and process-based initiatives for Regional Australia Bank and for developing and facilitating the broader adoption of Regional Australia Bank's Project and Process Management frameworks to handle organisational change. Regional Australia Bank has a portfolio of related activities both underway and planned. The flexibility to work and travel throughout the region as necessary and on occasion to work outside normal business hours is integral to this role as is the ability to work under broad direction and minimal supervision.

This position is located in Head Office - Armidale.

Skills and Responsibilities

To be successful in your application, please submit a Resume and a cover letter addressing the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years project management or industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of Lean principles
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience within a financial institution
  • Experience with Project Management software
