Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in lending and customer service to join our Service Support Centre as a Lending Specialist at either our Armidale , Port Macquarie or Warner's Bay location

About the Role

The Lending Specialist is a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of Regional Australia Bank through proactively identifying customers' needs and managing personal, SME and Home Loan Top-Up enquiries and applications.  Applying knowledge of Regional Australia Bank products, services, and processes, the Lending Specialist (SSC) recommends appropriate products and services and provides helpful solutions to customers.

About You  

You are results driven, self-motivated individual with lending experience and passion for helping customers with their lending needs. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capacity to work in a high call volume environment, and ability adjust your strategies in response to team dynamics and evolving business needs. You utilise your well-developed analytical and numeracy skills, and attention to detail, to conduct thorough and accurate assessments of financial information.
