About the Role

As Customer Advisor - Relief you will have the ability to develop strong relationships with our customers at differing locations whilst strengthening your skills and understanding of the Financial Services Industry. As you learn on the job, we will support your development including the obtainment of Tier II accreditation to ensure that you can confidently provide advice on products to our customers.

While based at our Taree or Tuncurry branch, the role will provide relief support across the Region, primarily our Taree, Tuncurry, Wingham, Gloucester, and Tea Gardens branches. When possible, a RAB fleet vehicle will be provided when travel to another branch is required, and of course any travel-related expenses will also be covered.

About You 

To succeed in this role, you will need a high level of personal and professional integrity, an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously along with well-developed numeracy and literacy skills. Your aptitude to learn new things, communicate effectively and provide an exceptional customer experience will also be key to your success.

If you have these skills, along with an unencumbered driver's license and an openness to travelling for work, with occasional overnight stays, then this role could be the start of an exciting career for you within the financial services industry.
