Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking a driven individual with a demonstrated experience and success in business development, or a related field, to join us as a Business Development Manager in Goulburn area.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager is a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of Regional Australia Bank through utilizing and unearthing new and existing networks and referral sources and identifying and converting new business opportunities. Actively engaged in the community, the Business Development Manager spends most their time generating new business opportunities through promoting our loan and other offerings and services to customers and developing tailored financial solutions for them.
You are passionate about seeing clients achieve their goals. You understand the importance of your role in this process and proactively manage sales funnel and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion. You work together with the broader team to enhance our market presence and to achieve your personal targets. You are all about providing an exceptional customer experience and you love meeting new people, networking, community events and coordination of promotional campaigns. Communication, both written and verbal, is a strength of yours, making you a master of presentation, promotion and influencing.
