The Branch Operations Manager will be results oriented, supportive of their community and embrace the company's values and culture. This role encompasses the responsibility of effective people management, ensuring staff have the necessary competencies to perform the functions of their roles, contributing to the efficient operation of the branch and the overall performance of Regional Australia Bank.

Ideally the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of member and client frontline services by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to member enquiries, increasing value to existing Regional Australia Bank members and prospective members.
This role is seen as a key strategic role within Regional Australia Bank and will be a development role for not only the successful candidate but of also their direct reports.
This role will be responsible for leading from the front with the successful applicant being able to communicate efficiently and effectively with management and staff members of Regional Australia Bank; they will be able to develop, foster and maintain effective networks by displaying confidence and using well developed communication skills. They will be able to adopt and adjust to change and its processes by setting priorities, planning workloads, meeting deadlines through the efficient use of time and resources.
To be successful in your application you will have a Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with well-developed computer skills; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to coach staff in relation to identifying leads, and personal banking checklists, via both inbound and outbound member contact; Display sound knowledge of Regional Australia Bank Strategy and demonstrated ability to communicate strategy to staff members; along with a demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff, maintaining a highly motivated, well trained and effective employee.
Lastly but not least you will have demonstrated experience in the provision of lending, or willingness to undertake relevant training. The right "can-do" attitude is a must. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
