      1. Information on how to enter the Network-wide $10,000 Cash Giveaway (Promotion) and the prize that forms part of these conditions of entry. This Promotion is being conducted by Regional Australia Bank Ltd ABN 21 087 650 360, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 241167, Technology Park, Madgwick Drive, Armidale NSW 2350, (Promoter).
      2. The Promotion term is from 9:00am on the 10th February 2023 to 5:00 pm on 11 December 2023 (Promotion Term). Regional Australia Bank may amend the Promotion Term at their sole discretion.
      3. To be eligible you must be over the age of sixteen (16) years and complete a Regional Australia Bank 10k Giveaway Questionnaire (Form).
      4. Regional Australia Bank staff and immediate family are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
      5. During the Promotion Term, each entrant is only permitted to submit one entry in the Promotion.
      6. The Promotion will be conducted via the following channels: online at Regional Australia Bank’s website, via QR code, at your nearest Regional Australia Bank branch, or at an event stand where Regional Australia Bank has been represented (subject to availability of the Form).
      7. The prize consists of one prize of $10,000.00 (Prize). The Prize is in $AUD not transferable or redeemable for cash in a foreign currency.
      8. The winner must, if not already, become a member of Regional Australia Bank and open a suitable deposit account in their name to claim the Prize.
      9. The winner of the Prize will be randomly drawn on 15 December 2023 at Regional Australia Bank, New England Technology Park, Madgwick Drive Armidale NSW 2350 (Draw). The winner will be notified via phone within two (2) days of the draw. The contact details used to notify the winners will be obtained from the contact details provided on the Form as submitted for the Promotion.
      10. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted after a period of three (3) months or the winner does not become a member of Regional Australia Bank within seven (7) days of being notified of the Draw a replacement winner will be randomly drawn and the original winner will forfeit any and all right to the Prize.
      11. The Prize will be deposited into the winners nominated Regional Australia Bank Account within fourteen (14) days of the winner being notified of the Draw.
      12. The Promoter will not be liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion.
      13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize and independent advice should be sought at the winner’s discretion.
      14. Regional Australia Bank’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.
      15. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will not be eligible to be entered into the Draw.
      16. The name and photograph of the winner may be used by Regional Australia Bank for publicity purposes. The winner agrees to allow Regional Australia Bank to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
      17. Completing a Form during the Promotion Term will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Your information will be used for the purposes of managing and administering the competition including notifying you if you are a winner and may also be used to assist us in assessing which products and services may suit you.
